Placed an order online for PICKUP but it claimed I was using DOORDASH FOR DELIVERY, simply because I added a new payment card during checkout. The app then cancelled the order after accepting the payment (though it also said I should receive a refund within 3 days [!] ) I then had to place a new order at the store since I was less than a mile away when it cancelled, but I wasn't able to include the app/online deal with my order. Pickup should NEVER switch to delivery!

FIX THIS APP ALREADY!! never any coupons offered anymore, not even the Friday fries one. sometimes I get a really bad coupon offered, only one coupon offered, so of course I don't use it. and no accessible or convenient way to submit feedback in app. might as well close my account and only use the coupon on the back of the receipt because that's way better than any coupons they offer nowadays (usually none)

This app has placed 2 consecutive orders when I tapped the button to add current offers available to me. There was no option to cancel either order. The only help option was to call the stores, but NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONES! I had to leave voicemail messages, but my calls were never returned. I had to call Customer Relations both times, last night and this afternoon, to request refunds. The order today was sent to the W 117th St Rally's in CLE at least 1 hour before I would have been there.
